In tandem with their already existing core whiskies, Fielden have introduced a unique and celebratory collection, titled ‘Fieldnotes’. Releasing annually for four years.

The collection draws its flavour inspiration from the profile of Fielden Rye Whisky with flavour notes from the terroir of the gorgeous English countryside, home to the gistillery’s own rye, wheat, and barley fields. Each individual in the collection represents a different flavour profile - fruity and creamy, fresh and delicate, nutty pastry, earthy and spicy. The first edition to the collection expresses the complex and diverse flavours found in the English hedgerow, from glimmering berries, subtle blossoms, ripe rosehip, with a finish of hazel and dark nut.

The bottle and label are a reflection of the sunny golden colour of Fielden’s whisky, with an emblem of the deep red rosehip and fresh green mayweed, simple nods to the warm and sweet flavours that infuse the classic Fielden Rye.
