In addition to their core range, Fielden have introduced a collection of whiskies called 'Fieldnotes' which will be released annually for four years.

​The collection draws inspiration from the flavour profile of Fielden Rye Whisky and highlights the terroir of the English countryside, where the distillery grows its rye, wheat, and barley.

Each limited release from the collection represents a different flavour profile - fruity and creamy, fresh and delicate, pastry and nutty, earthy and spicy.

#1 in this collection expresses the complexity and diversity of an English Hedgerow, from blossoms to berries and ripe rosehips, with a hazel and darker nut finish.
