Cambridge Distillery has partnered with The Peninsula London to craft three exclusive gins for the luxury hotel.

Little Blue Gin takes inspiration from The Peninsula's Little Blue Bar, offering cocktails infused with Eastern flavours and a blend of teas including white tea, lapsang souchong, assam, and pu'er.

Mach Il Gin, named after the hotel's rooftop restaurant, Brooklands, blends juniper with botanicals from the British countryside like blackcurrant leaves, rose, rosemary, lemon verbena, angelica, and basil, inspired by British aviation and motorsport.

1928 Gin, named after the year The Peninsula Hotels debuted in Hong Kong, combines English botanicals such as rose petals and lemon verbena with turmeric and kaffir lime, capturing the hotel's unique British-Asian influence.
